This is the entry point of the Support System of the Consorzio Cometa
You are welcome to register to it if you want to submit Tickets for problems and/or requests of information.
Notice
 Once you register and successfully log in for the first time, please edit your account and change the value of the parameter "Notification Method: When you monitor e.g. a forum, how would you like to receive notifications of updates?" from "Private Message" to "Email (use address in my profile)" otherwise you will not correctly receive in your mailbox the information about your tickects
If you need one account on our UIs, please submit a ticket specifying:
1) name and surname
2) email address
3) your ip address, from which you are logging to our UI
4) belonging department or the name of the institution where the account is being requested (i.e. available UI for Catania users: INFN, INAF, DMI and DIIT).
